Returns & Refund Policy

At Laguna Sands Boutique, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Items must not show signs of use beyond trying them on

If your return does not meet these conditions, it may not be accepted.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

However, if the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return costs.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Shapewear

Items marked as final sale may not be eligible for return.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast handling.

  • You may request a cancellation within a short time after placing your order
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled

If your order has already been shipped, you can return it after delivery following the process above.
